Return and Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with tags intact.
Returns are only possible if the original packaging, receipt, or other proof of purchase is available.
Items purchased from the Sale category are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return and Exchange Process:
Every order includes a Return and Exchange Form — a special form listing all the items you purchased.
The form contains three sections:
“Return” — mark the items you wish to return.
“Exchange” — specify the item and desired size for exchange.
“Notes” — add any comments or additional information regarding your request.
Fill out the Return and Exchange Form and send it along with the item you wish to return or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with tags intact.
Send the item back to the provided address. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
After receiving the item, we will inspect its condition — it must be in its original state, undamaged.
A refund will be issued to the same account used for the original payment.
The refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the item.
Exchange Process:
Exchanges are only possible for a different size. Exchanges for a different color, model, or variant are not available.
If the desired size is out of stock, you can return the item according to the standard procedure.
